CHOOSING A CITY WHEN STUDYING IN AUSTRALIA

When deciding where you want to study in Australia, there are two things you need to consider; the university you will study in and the city you will live in. Australia is a big country, and cities are farther apart than you might think, so you need to think carefully about where you will go and study:

Here are some cities considered best for students:

1. Melbourne City, Victoria

Melbourne is often ranked as the best student city in Australia and is actually the third-best student city in the world according to the QS rankings. It’s known as the cultural capital of the country, with plenty of live music, theater, comedy, and sports to keep you entertained on the weekends. It is also known to have a multicultural population, a very high standard of living, and some stunningly beautiful beaches.

Pros: Feels more comfortable and less crowded.

Located in the East of the country, Brisbane is close to the Gold Coast and is therefore a super popular tourist destination. Brisbane is currently the 3rd largest city in the country, it is a new destination that has grown rapidly in recent years.
