2. Entry requirements
- Age: 16+ for Diploma; 17+ for Higher Diploma.
- Education: at least Grade 10 or Grade 12 completed (depending on the programme). Applicants over 30 need at least 8 years of work experience.
- English: no IELTS required; take the school’s Placement Test.
- Health and background: good health, no infectious diseases, no criminal record.

4. Three-stage pathway
- In Vietnam: choose a programme, complete the application, take the English check and receive the offer letter.
- Student’s Pass: the school registers with Singapore’s ICA; the student applies online within 2 – 3 months before the start date, with a SGD 45 processing fee. Results usually come within 1 month (about 2 weeks for EduTrust schools).
- In Singapore: 6 months of classroom study, followed by a 6-month internship at a partner business.

5. Application documents
- Passport copy (photo page, valid for more than 6 months).
- Diploma and transcripts (notarised and translated).
- Birth certificate and national ID card.
- Passport photo with a white background.
- Proof of work experience (if any).
